Successfully implemented 7 HRIS/payroll and performance management systems (ADP, Ceridian, Abra, PeopleSoft; Performance Enterprise). Led and implemented several automation projects with the goal of empowering both managers and employees.

Successfully driven costs from the HR infrastructure, developed synergies of function, increased performance and motivated sales staff through actions as the HR transition team leader during both mergers and acquisitions.
Successfully supported corporate, plant, multi-location, & multi state, and international organizations. Within these organizational structures, I have been the key HR leader supporting the Sales & Marketing, R&D, Laboratory & Technical Services, Finance & Accounting, Legal, IT & Data Processing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing & Production customer groups. Although many of these groups were within my location, several of them were consisting of remote employees and activities.
