Within these organizational structures, I have been the key HR leader supporting the Sales & Marketing, R&D, Laboratory & Technical Services, Finance & Accounting, Legal, IT & Data Processing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing & Production customer groups. Although many of these groups were within my location, several of them were consisting of remote employees and activities.
